M/S VentureForce Global was founded by award winning entrepreneur Adeel Shah in 1999. Adeel has a long, distinguished career in which he has formulated and successfully executed strategic plans for international and domestic commercial firms. Adeel is a founding president and was a vice chairman of US-Pakistan Business Council, an affiliate member of US Chamber of Commerce Washington DC. Additionally, he has been instrumental in redefining traditional business process outsourcing (BPO). The new BPO is less about outsourcing and more about management, giving rise to Business Process Management (BPM) which directly affects productivity, performance, with a step-change mentality to grow a business rather than simply cut costs. He has a graduate degree in International Public Policy from SAIS-University of Johns Hopkins and MBA from Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins.
