We support this methodology with distance learning, a rich library of videos, and on-site support.

And after go-live, our LLumin Support team provides unlimited remote and phone support, periodic service-pack updates, and complete version upgrades at no additional charge. Our customer support desk responds to issues 8:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. EST, Monday – Friday. In addition to our support team, our customers have ongoing access to our FAQs, videos, support documents, and an array of training guides.
